⚠ Important information about batteries and charging
According to the European Union Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 on the marketing and use of explosive precursors, lead-acid batteries that require manual acid refilling are refilled before sale. This means that:
🔋 All batteries are filled and prepared for use before being sold to the customer.
🔋 Sulfuric acid solution is not dispensed separately - batteries are delivered with the required electrolyte.
🔋 Once filled, the battery cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is detected.
📌 This process is carried out to ensure compliance with EU legislation and to guarantee the safe and responsible use of batteries.
