The Seller shall arrange delivery of the goods upon receipt of payment for the order. If the goods are in stock, the estimated delivery time is up to 3 working days, unless otherwise specified.
If the goods ordered are not available in stock, the Buyer shall be informed separately of the estimated delivery time.
Delivery costs depend on the weight, size, delivery method and address of the goods. The exact delivery charge is specified at the time of order placement.
The delivery of the goods shall be carried out by third party courier service providers with whom the Seller cooperates.
The Buyer is obliged to provide an accurate and complete delivery address and contact details. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or impossibility of delivery caused by inaccuracies in the information provided by the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from goods purchased under a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are unused and meet the conditions for return.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer shall notify the Seller in writing by sending a withdrawal application to and within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notification, hand over the goods to the Seller in person at Motoveikals21, Raiņa iela 16, Jelgava, or send them by courier. The Buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
Restrictions on the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods if:
* the goods have been specially ordered at the Buyer's individual request and are not in the Seller's regular assortment (Paragraph 22.3 of Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255);
* the goods are used, damaged or not in the same condition as when they were originally purchased;
* the Goods are substantially damaged or the original packaging has been lost, which exceeds the time required to open the packaging to inspect the Goods.
In such cases, the Seller shall be entitled to assess the diminution in value of the goods and to withhold compensation accordingly.
Specially ordered goods
Goods which are ordered from the Supplier on the Buyer's instructions (part code, configuration, etc.) and which are not in the Seller's regular assortment shall be considered as special orders. Such goods are not subject to the right of withdrawal of the distance contract.
Claims for non-conformity
In the event of suspected non-conformity or manufacturing defect, the Buyer shall submit a written claim and hand over the goods to the Seller for evaluation. The claim shall be examined within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
If necessary, the Seller may request a service report or other technical information to objectively assess the condition of the goods.
Motorcycle electrical goods
Motorcycle electrical items (ignition modules, coils, sensors, governor rectifiers, etc.) shall not be subject to a right of withdrawal after unpacking, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity. Before placing an order, the Buyer is obliged to check the compatibility of the product with his/her vehicle.
Batteries
In accordance with EU Regulation (EU) 2019/1148, lead-acid batteries that require manual charging of the electrolyte are prepared for use prior to sale.
After refilling, batteries are not accepted for return unless a manufacturing defect is detected.
Batteries are covered by a 6-month warranty, which applies only to manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, operation or charging.
The seller of the goods offered in this online shop is SIA "European Trade Partners", reg. 43603064507, structural unit: 16 Raiņa Street, Jelgava, LV-3001, e-mail: info@motoveikals21.lv (hereinafter - the Seller).
By placing an order in the online shop, the Buyer concludes a distance contract with the Seller and undertakes to pay for the ordered goods in accordance with the chosen payment method.
The Buyer orders the goods by selecting the goods in the online shop and specifying their type and quantity. Payment for the order may be made by direct payment from the Buyer's bank account to Klix or by other payment methods offered in the online shop.
Klix is a licensed payment initiation service provider operating in accordance with the European Union Payment Services Directive (PSD2 - Directive (EU) 2015/2366).
After the order has been placed, the Seller prepares an electronic invoice and sends it to the Buyer at the e-mail address provided. The electronic invoice shall be valid without signature in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
The order shall be deemed to have been paid for at the moment when the payment for the order has been received in the Seller's bank account.

When purchasing goods in the online store www.motoveikals21.lv, a distance contract is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller. The conclusion of the contract takes place when the Buyer has confirmed the order and made the payment. Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order.
If the Buyer does not agree to the terms of the distance contract, the order may be placed without payment and the Seller contacted to conclude an individual contract.
1. Terms used in the Contract
Cancellation Form - a form of a specified format by which the Buyer may exercise the right of cancellation.
Distance Contract - a contract for the purchase of goods in an online shop concluded remotely.
Online Shop - the website www.motoveikals21.lv maintained by the Seller
Seller - European Trade Partners Ltd, reg. No. 43603064507, Raiņa iela 16, Jelgava, LV-3001, Latvia.
Buyer - a natural or legal person who places an order in the online shop.
Order - selection and placement of goods in the online shop by the Buyer.
Purchase - a paid order.
Product - the goods offered in the online shop.
2. Distance Contract
2.1 The Distance Contract shall come into force when the payment for the order is received in the Seller's bank account.
2.2 The Buyer shall be bound by the version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order is placed.
2.3 The Seller shall be entitled to change the Terms and Conditions by publishing the current version in the online shop.
3. Registration
3.1 Purchases can be made in the online shop by both registered and non-registered users.
3.2 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the data provided.
3.3 Processing of personal data shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Prices
4.1 All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
4.2 Delivery costs are not included in the price of the goods.
4.3 The Goods are sold at the price prevailing at the time the order is placed.
5. Placing and payment of the order
5.1 The Customer selects the goods in the online shop and adds them to the basket.
5.2 Payment of the order is made by bank transfer, credit card or other payment methods offered.
5.3 The order is executed upon receipt of payment.
6. Delivery
6.1 The method and cost of delivery shall be specified at the time of placing the order.
6.2 If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond the Seller's control, the Seller shall inform the Buyer.
6.3 The Buyer is advised to inspect the packaging and condition of the Goods immediately upon receipt.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the goods purchased under a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless the laws and regulations provide for exceptions.
7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer shall notify the Seller in writing and return the goods within 14 days of the date of dispatch of the notice of withdrawal.
7.3 The Buyer shall bear the costs of return.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which:
* made or ordered at the Buyer's individual request and not in the Seller's regular assortment (Paragraph 22.3 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255);
* are used or damaged;
* have lost more of their original appearance than is necessary for the inspection of the goods.
In such cases, the Seller shall be entitled to assess the diminution in value of the goods.
9. non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract
If the Buyer finds that the goods do not comply with the terms of the contract, the Buyer shall submit a written claim and hand over the goods to the Seller for evaluation.
The complaint shall be examined within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act.
10. Exchange of information
Communication between the Buyer and the Seller shall take place through the contacts indicated in the online shop.
11. Dispute resolution
Consumer disputes shall be settled by the Consumer Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement Commission or in accordance with the procedure established by the laws and regulations.
12. Final provisions
12.1 The laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia shall apply to these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 The Rules shall be effective as of 10 August 2024.
